The “Legal Minds: Neurodiversity in the Legal Sector” event, hosted by Matheson on Thursday, 30 June 2022, focused on the strengths neurodivergent people bring to the workplace while also recognising the challenges still facing many neurodivergent people in the legal sector.

The event heard that recognising and supporting this diversity within the legal profession is vital to creating an inclusive environment in which neurodiverse individuals – and their unique skills and talents – can thrive.
